About Me

Hello! My name is Anna Maturo. I have been experiencing the power of Reiki in my life for over five years. I had my first Reiki session in July of 2018 after enduring a very tragic loss. Heartbroken, shattered, lost, and grieving I turned to my good friend (and now Reiki Master) for help. She guided me on my journey into Reiki where I learned to reconnect with my soul, relax, heal, and overcome. After about a year of weekly Reiki sessions, I began having dreams of practicing Reiki myself. These dreams fueled a passion within me, and I knew I had to use my experience with Reiki to help others in need.

 

My path in Reiki was laid before me while on vacation in Arizona in December of 2019. I had a profound experience with a herd of wild horses while outside of Phoenix. In those moments, there was an instant connection to their souls, and I felt as though I belonged. That connection inspired me to gain certification and focus my practice on equine and animal Reiki. Two months later, in February 2020 I gained my Psychic Reiki 1 attunement, followed by Reiki 1 and 2 which were completed by August of 2020. Since becoming a Reiki practitioner, I have been blessed with opportunities to work with humans and animals alike. I intend to bring the gift of Reiki to those in need and am eager to meet the souls that cross my path along this journey.
